Therapy Offered

  • Black T-shirt with the phrase “Hella Shots, IVF Strong” printed in bold white lettering. The design references the many injections involved in IVF treatment, celebrating strength, resilience, and empowerment for those navigating infertility.

    Infertility Therapy

This is for individuals and couples: Infertility doesn’t just live in the body — it settles into your thoughts, your relationships, your identity. It can turn ordinary moments into landmines: a baby shower invite, a casual question at a family dinner, a silent drive home after another disappointing cycle.

  • First Responders Therapy

Offering therapy for First Responders, spouses, couples, and families to help shift into connect and safety. Therapy is where you can finally set the job down. Here, you don’t have to be “on.” You don’t have to protect anyone from your story. This is a place to unpack stress, shift from survival mode to living mode, and reconnect with yourself and the people you love.

Whether you're navigating the emotional journey of infertility or the unique pressures faced by first responder families, I am here to provide understanding, guidance, and healing. As someone that has lived the experience of infertility and the first responder family life, I blend lived experience with professional insight and advanced training to create change and healing for others.

My mission is to empower women, couples, and families to thrive in the face of adversity. Focusing in infertility support and the complexities faced by first responder families, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and foster deeper connections. My goal is to provide tailored therapeutic care that honors each individual’s story while fostering hope, strength, and healing.
