As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting women and couples navigating the emotional challenges of infertility, as well as first responder families who face unique stresses. My practice is built on empathy, understanding, and the belief that every person’s story deserves to be heard and supported. Having walked the journey of infertility myself, I know firsthand the feelings of uncertainty, grief, and hope that come with it. I have a unique understanding of the rollercoaster-like process logistically, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This personal experience shapes my approach, allowing me to connect deeply with my clients in a way that blends compassion with professional insight. Being part of a first responder family, I understand the pressures and demands that come with such a lifestyle. I am committed to providing a space where individuals and couples can explore their challenges, find support, and build resilience for whatever life throws their way.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I am a personal trainer dedicated to helping clients build strength both physically and mentally. I am also aware of the many stigmas, pressures, and myths that compound with infertility when it comes to nutrition and exercise. I believe that the body and mind are deeply connected, and achieving balance in one can greatly impact the other. Whether you are working toward fitness goals, seeking emotional wellness, or trying to navigate the concerns with wellness and infertility, I am here to support you holistically.
